連續數獨則是不完全的不連續數獨。全盤所有相鄰單元格的填數相差1的時候，將會出現擋板標註在兩格之間予以提示。請注意，連續數獨默認情況下均為全部標記，即所有這樣的關係都標註出來了。反過來，沒有黑條標記的兩個相鄰單元格，填數相差一定不為1。
